Payroll
We take over the payroll process or play an integral part of the process. We run periodic payroll on a regular schedule determined by the Company. We partner with services like Gusto and TriNet to implement a payroll solution suited for your need based on company size, access to benefits, and HR service needs.
Bill-pay
In a Bill-pay role, we use our basic package services to provide a workflow whereby bills are sent to bill.com for payment in the normal course of business. Companies authorize us to pay only approved bills that have gone through a set approval process. Payments are made weekly based on due dates.
Cap table
We can assist companies with cap table management whereby we track issuance, transfers or forfeitures through the use of online software. For these services we work with the Company to review corporate documentation to ensure equity transactions are being recorded and tracked.
Equity compensation and/or stock-based compensation is something most non-public companies aren’t considering and most cloud accountants can’t handle. But this is where BizCFO excels. We can go through all your equity compensation (stock options, stock grants, RSU’s, etc…) and assess the treatment under ASC 718 for employees and ASC 505 for non-employees. We can then record that into your financial statements for true and accurate US GAAP financial statements.
