Take Away from FinFair – Connecting Reg A+ Professional Services

During our visit to FinFair in New York City we were able to speak with many of the early adopters in the Reg A+ industry.  There were many topics that were covered and discussed both in the panel presentations and during casual conversations during the breaks which we will cover in a series of posts.The fourth of five topics we are covering is how companies raising money through Reg A+ will have to connect professional service providers in order to conduct a smooth and successful offering.One of the first things we noticed in speaking with early adopters is that even the so-called experts don’t’ know everything.  From testing the waters, to getting an audit, to getting the 1-A filed and approved, to getting a broker-dealer involved to back the securities, to getting the stock listed on OTC Markets, there is a lot to do.  Unfortunately, there is no one service that does it all because it requires so many disciplines and regulatory requirements.What you should do if you are looking to raise money under Reg A+ is get professional service providers that are experts in their fields as it relates to Reg A+ and get them speaking for a unified process.
